What a lovely product of God and Goddess. The Hueman body universe. Relatively speaking it has all the elements of the universe within it as well as a few hidden secrets. I love just walking in it and jumping. Recently I have found that this body finds balance in bike riding, skateboarding and surfing. By finding balance physically in life I have surprisingly found it non physically or spiritually. Simple play time on a basketball court or at your local park can prove to be therapeutic. A lot of stress seems to come from idleness. Our bodies are quite durable and able to do some amazing feats. For heavens sake we are the only ones that can completely walk up right. Why waste this gift while sitting on our asses all the time trying to be adults. Get up get out and play in the dirt, feel your body for the first time. Lay in the sun and absorb its energy into this unique system. Absorb the oxygen into the lungs. The hueman body is one of the greatest peices of equipment here on earth. While we run around looking into all these other gadgets outside of ourselves, we have failed to REMEMBER!! That the internet, the cellular connection, the ipod, the computer etc… are all inside of us. I guess we will continue on creating technology until we realize that we can be high tech without having to create much externally. Take some time daily to tap into your body, feel your awareness in your eyes toss up a few apples and juggle, stretch and feel your bones, skin, muscles. You are alive and “in carne ( in flesh)”. Injoy your space that you occupy and feel free to mold it to your desire. Take back your body from these companies and entities that have happily occupied a piece of your real estate. You decide on how you would like to feel. Full fill your body with things that celebrate it. We put some much time and energy into our vehicles (cars) and do not realize that our true vehicles ( our bodies ) are being neglected. One day I see myself flying and not even needing a car. Until then let us start with the awareness of our bodies, for our true wealth will reside in our health when all else fails.  Play on Players
