GC Book Club:System of Self-Healing
01 May 2008This book by Dr. Stephen T. Chang is amazing. This is a book to have with you for the rest of your life. The information in it is ancient and fits into the category of reflective. The Taoist way is very simple and they looked to nature for answers. This book is full of exercises that will get your energy going so much that you may want to take your time getting to know them all. They are fun and something that the whole family can do. I do the Directional exercises as much as I can and damn, talk about getting high naturally! My favorite thing about the exercises other than the fact that they are reflective of the kingdom of nature is that these exercises take imagination. Also as far as reps and time go, it is all up to you and how long you can sustain focus and imagination. So the more you do it the better you get the more you can do it. Its a built in reward system. Upon doing these exercises you will feel an instant effect on your energy. Over time if continued you will notice a true increase in strength without having to lift much. You will have monkey strength with chi to match. The Complete System of Self-Healing, a true must have and one of the greatest workouts I have ever experienced
