Do,do,do, dah, dah, do, do, do a squish squash squish. With a refreshing vibration and lyrics that any one can sing along to “The SqueeGees” deserve some love. Their music educates and entertains all while keeping it fresh, with playful tunes that keep the feet a tapping. Two totally unique individuals Samantha Tobey and Roman Bluem are the kids-at-heart behind this grass-roots musical journey coming together to create “The SqueeGees”.

Realized Victimization

After the post on not being a victim you know we had to hit you with the polar opposite sooner or later. In this dualistic world you always have to have two. This is the place where physical and non physical dance. However sometime this dance is seen as a battle. Things are not as grace full and can sometimes be downright ugly. However when we look at it closely and realize how it is something within you that allows you to even experience these demons. Its like a true video game but when they say you feel it you really feel it. The only freedom we can find in playing the victim is by being able to act and play the fool. Every body plays the fool some time, theres no exception to the rule…it may be factual and it may be cruel. Yet everybody plays the fool. So be not afraid to fool around my friend. Be “like a baby” let it go and baby dreul get it wet and let those emotions flow. Exist in all of this, dance and battle exist. Its not that the evil will dissapear and that thier will only be peace. Its is that we will find peace in the cognitive and emotional realization of good and bad. Finally we can handle the wisdom of this silly tree. Huemans love to trip! “jajaja”

Fear Food

Being afraid is the fee you pay for the reward you seek. Its almost like a built in ticket booth to all of life’s rides and adventures. I recently realized that the fear equation is half of life. It is the test. On the other side of it you have the results of the test. For example when I play basketball the more I add skill with faith I get a better game or shot. On the other hand the more I add skill with fear and hesitation the more my results land in the loss or miss bracket.
I guess its safe to say that jumping out there blindly is wise. “Believing is seeing” as they say. Like the wise grasshopper who jumps so high he does not know where he will land. Opening ourselves up to this side of reality is what will change this world. Starting with our greatest paralyzing fears.
Just look a George W. Bush he has not a fear in the world except that maybe his father may not approve of him.
Our fear of fear is what domesticated us to this point of possible extinction. This is what makes us wild and like the animals. It seems to me at some point in our evolution we became so aware of good and evil that we became very afraid. We ran as far away from our wild side as we could to the point of todays societal paralyzation. Domesticating ourselves to this point of possible extinction. So as we move back to our roots, with the knowledge of good and evil in our nap sacks let us grow into a new beings. Aware of the Game of life and the Love and Fear that is necessary for this to exist. Pay up! Then Play up!
