I have to say I have not read this whole book but in the back it has a list of physical aliments that you would normally find in a medical almanac. Anytime I find myself with an injury or aliment I go to this book and look into what is really going on non-physically that created this physical manifestation. This is my new world I am constantly healing myself and keeping it tight when it comes to dis ease. It makes you responsible for yourself. A truly useful tool for healing dis ease and creating a new self awareness and empowerment of yourself.
